The Bravest Foundation

The New York Bravest Foundation, Inc. is a non-profit corporation pending IRS 501c3 approval, who’s mission is to provide financial support to New York City Firefighters that have been either injured or lost their lives while on or off duty.

Each year we support a surviving family of at least one of our heroes. At the November, 2005 New York City Firefighters Awards Dinner the foundation provided support to the surviving family members of fallen firefighter, and past award winner FNDY Lieutenant Kurt Meyran And we will once again provide financial support to a NYC Firefighter at this year’s Firefighters Awards Dinner in New York.

Our goal is to eventually have the ability to respond to all NYC firefighters and their families needs as they occur, and be there when they need us most.
